How It Works
Adding days or weeks moves forward by exact day counts. Adding months or years moves the calendar month forward and clamps the day of month if it doesn't exist in the target month (e.g. Jan 31 + 1 month lands on Feb 28).
Example
January 31, 2024 plus 1 month lands on February 29, 2024 (a leap year).
